TIPS:

Take a maximum of 2 drops of lavender essential oil 3 times a day (0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar ). Do not use pure lavender essential oil without support, or mixed water.

Equivalence: 1ml -> 31 drops.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. True lavender essential oil is no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 7 years, pregnant women (especially the first 3 months of pregnancy) or breastfeeding, in people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and in people with allergies to essential oils.
