By contributing to the absorption and fixation of Calcium and Phosphorus on the bones, Vitamin D or "Sunshine Vitamin" helps maintain a solid bone capital. USAGE TIPS
From birth to 18 years old (in daily supplementation until the age of 3):
> At least 400 IU (i.e. 2 drops) per day in healthy children
> 800 to 1000 IU (i.e. 4 to 5 drops) per day in children with greater needs, according to the recommendations of your healthcare professional.
> In the event of combination with a treatment containing vitamin D or with milk supplemented with vitamin D, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
Suitable for infants and toddlers. This product may also be suitable for adults.
Shake before use. Can be swallowed pure (directly on the tongue or in a teaspoon) or mixed with a semi-liquid food, preferably cold (yogurt, compote, etc.).
It can be taken in the morning, at noon or in the evening.
