322 mg fish oil with EPA and DHA 51.5 mg 35.4 mg, Mg oxide marine or marine Mg 75 mg seed oil flax (Linum usitatissimum) 90 mg with 55 mg ALA, lithothamne (Lithothamnum calcareum) 90 mg, yellow beeswax thickener, emulsifier lecithin, rapeseed (Brassica campestris) 38.3 mg with 23 mg phospholipids, Zn or Zn citrate trihydrate 3.75 mg, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 4.5 mg, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5) 1.5 mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 0.50 mg Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.4 mg, thiamin mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 0.35 mg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) maltodextrin support 2, 5 mcg, folic acid (vitamin B9) 50 mcg, excipients qsp a capsule.

Advice

2 capsules per day, one taken in early evening meal for 2 months and up to 4 per day (2 noon and evening) for 1 month.
